Despatch
When we have received an order and payment for Footnotes Audio Walks from you, we will complete the order. We aim to post the recording to you within 7 days, but certainly within 28 days. If you have not received it after 28 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

We will not cash your cheque or other money order until we have put the recording in the post to you. Online orders will be processed at the time of order.

Returns
If you change your mind and decide you do not want the recording, you can return it to us within 7 working days and we will refund the money you paid, provided that the recording is in its original condition and the seal on a CD has not been broken. We will not refund your postage costs.

If you find that a recording is faulty, or if we send you the wrong one, please return it to us. Please tell us what the problem is. We will either send you a replacement, or if you prefer, refund your money. In either case we will pay you the amount you paid to post the recording back to us.

Export
When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed when the goods reach you. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Copyright
We own the copyright on the recorded material. No copying of all or any part of the recordings is permitted. We will consider special prices for CDs or tapes for anyone who wishes to use multiple copies of a walk for a group of people. Please contact us if you wish to do this. No copying for this purpose is permitted.

Disclaimer
We have taken extreme care to alert walkers to dangers involved in traffic and other hazards. It is your responsibility to switch off the recording when crossing roads and to watch out for hazards around you while walking.

We accept no liability for any injury or loss you suffer while undertaking a Footnotes Audio Walk.
